Cancellation Process
You can cancel your order within one hour of placing the order on the website, before the products in your order have been dispatched through the following mechanisms:
- From your account on the Website; or
- Via chat service enabled on the Website.
If an order is not cancelled within 2 hours, you will not be allowed to cancel the order. A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders that are cancelled within one hour of placing the order on the website. The money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Leafoberryy reserves the right to refuse the transaction or delay the refund process by 3 months for users with a prior history of questionable charges such as cancellation of bulk orders/ orders and such cancellation has occurred more than once.

Return Process
You may place a return request within 72 hours from the date of delivery. When a shipment is returned after it has been delivered, your return request may be approved on the basis of the quality checks conducted by our team. The refund will be initiated once the Product(s) have been picked up from your location.
Within 24-48 business hours of us picking up the Product(s) from your location, the refund for purchases made with credit/debit cards or net banking will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. The amount may appear in your account in 3-7 working days. For orders which have been paid through cash on delivery mode, the amount will be refunded to your bank account after the details have been collected by us.

Refunds, Replacements, and Returns
You understand that a return request may be made for a part of your order or for your entire order. You understand that the return option is only available in the following scenarios:

You understand that a replacement request is subject to availability of stock. If a replacement cannot be carried out due to non-availability of stock, the amount will be refunded to you. You understand that you can only raise a replacement request for the same product if the product delivered to you has been damaged in transit, is wrong or has been delivered in a damaged package. You acknowledge that a replacement request cannot be placed for a different product, an exchange of a product will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Delivery Procedure

Delivery Timelines
Most orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered as per the estimated time of delivery provided on the product page/product cart. You acknowledge that delivery may be delayed depending on the source of dispatch, warehouse and your destination pin code. The actual estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you once the product has been shipped.
However, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to logistics, national and public holidays, riots, political disturbance, natural calamity, act of god or any other such force majeure event. You agree that no refund or cancellation will be allowed due to any delay in delivering the products within the estimated time of delivery provided on the Website and/or communicated to you.
If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased order volumes.
Shipments
You acknowledge that one order with more than one product may be delivered in multiple shipments due to different warehouse locations.
